RENT MOTO ADVENTURE accepts returns and refunds to customers subject to the following conditions:
- Postage paid and other costs incurred will be borne by the buyer, except that RENT MOTO ADVENTURE made a mistake in delivering the order.
- Item will be in original packaging and in good condition.
- Returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
- Return period: 14 calendar days.
- Exchange or return of electrical equipment is not allowed because, given their nature, improper manipulation by the buyer (overloading, incorrect manipulation, reverse polarity ...) may cause anomalies in their operation due to complex external verification.
If the return occurs for reasons related to RENT MOTO ADVENTURE, the affected products will be replaced by others with the same characteristics, in case of failure to meet them, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded using the same method. Payment will be made after we have received and inspected the returned item, the estimated payment period will be within 10 business days after we receive the item.
CANCEL
Booking cancellations received less than 45 days before the start of the tour or rental will be subject to the following cost table:
44-30 days, you will lose 20% of the reservation;
29-21 days before, you will lose 50% of the reservation;
20 days or less, you will lose 100% of the reservation;
